Times New York
I met Aparna first time on 2017 in New York. She came here for her solo exhibition which was organized by New York Art Connection Gallery. Honestly speaking, on our first meeting,I was spellbound to know Aparna's spiritual soul which is longing for art and art matters. On that day, I enjoyed Aparna's paintings and her feminist messages through her paintings.
Aparna focuses freedom, feminism and liberalism through her art works. Her subjects and expressions are so uniqe which can portray a vigorous identity of her Artist personelity.
Later I interviewed Aparna in my TV show "Unparallalled Women" for our South Asian TV Channel Time Television. On that show Aparna spoke that she is a self taught Artist, she started her art journey on 2007 and travelling through a phenomenal learning process of art
and art matters in these journey. That day again I became spelbound to her simplicity of mind and dedication to art.
Now Aparna turned into a successful gallerist as well. She acieved many credentials as an Artist and Art Activist. I wish her many more new feathers to come on her crown from the art world. Good luck Aparna.
